At Heppy Life, we like to think further than traditional therapy rules. Normally clients only see their therapist once a week or even once in two weeks which is not a lot. What happens when the client steps out of the office? How does their lives outside the sessions look like? We believe therapy can have more impact if clients are able to get in touch with their therapist more regularly and talk to them almost on a daily basis. These subscription plans are a way in making sure you are having a mental health professional by your side to coach you step-by-step and help you through your day.

You determine how you spread your Live Chat- and Call sessions across time, but we advise you to stay in touch regularly. Apart from Chat- and Call sessions, you are able to Message your therapist from Monday till Friday (the number of times depends of your subscription). Your therapist usually responds once or twice a day.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you are not able to make it to a Live session, it’s important to cancel or reschedule 24 hours beforehand so other clients can make use of that time. If you’re too late ( No-Show), you’ll lose that 1 Live session and won’t be able to reschedule for another time or will have to pay extra like you would for an additional Live session. 

Anytime during the process, you are free to quit if the treatment or coaching is not what you expected or if you’re not entirely satisfied. Please make sure you do this before the beginning of a new week (before Monday). The remaining amount will be refunded within two weeks.
